Choosing the right compression product

What makes compression so beneficial?

The effects of compression products for sports purposes can be divided into three main categories: blood flow (veins), lymphatic fluid flow (lymphatic system) and the nervous system (the skin directly underneath the compression product). Compression support increases the external mechanical pressure on tissues in a controlled manner, resulting in the desired effects on muscles, the flow of blood and lymphatic fluids as well as the nervous system and deeper tissue levels.
