Use Use

Putting on: always put on and take off the supports by "rolling" instead of pulling. Dress the supports high enough so that the top front of the supports comes close to the armpit. ALWAYS wear the compression product against the skin, i.e. do not leave the sleeve of a shirt, etc. under the product. The reinforced honeycomb zone of the supports should be on the outside of the elbow.
Getting started: it usually takes 1-3 training sessions to get used to the compression pressure, so do not start using the compression product e.g. at a competition event
Recommended use: use during exercise, can be started 30-45 min before exercise
Suitability: ideal for almost all types of sport and exercise
