Dress code:

• Always dress and undress by "rolling" the sleeves instead of pulling.
• Dress the sleeves up high enough so that the top of the sleeves comes close to the armpit.
• ALWAYS wear the compression product against the skin, i.e. do not leave the sleeve of a shirt, etc. under the product.
• The reinforced honeycombed zone of the sleeves comes on the outside of the elbow

Recommendation for use:

• Recovery - used immediately after physical exertion, no time limit (can also be used during sleep). Preparation - Use 1-2 hours before sporting activity

Measurement guide:

Take the circumference of the thickest part of the biceps and forearm with the arm extended straight. Choose the right size from the table based on the measurements. If your size is between two sizes, choose the larger size.
