Dressing:
- ALWAYS wear the compression product against the skin, i.e. do not leave it underneath a product that compresses the sleeve, etc.
- Take off the product by "rolling".
Recommendation for use:
- Can be used either on its own or as a base layer under a training or competition suit. To be used during performance, use can start 15-30 min. before performance

The most important criterion for choosing the right size is the chest measurement, take the measurement from the widest point of the chest with the upper body muscles relaxed.
