Exchange and return conditions
Products have a 14-day right of return from the moment of receipt of the shipment.
The consumer must always and separately inform the seller of the cancellation of the order. Cancellation of an order can be notified informally using this form or by sending an e-mail to: info@tritaniumstore.fi
In the case of a product exchange or a clear manufacturing defect, we do not charge handling fees for the return. In other cases, we will charge a handling fee related to the Post Office's prepaid customer return fee (letter 4,00€ / parcel 8,00 €). Note! If you return the product(s) to us, no handling fee will be charged. The transaction amount less any handling charges will be refunded to the customer as soon as the product has been returned to us.
The product to be returned/replaced must be in its original condition (manufacturer's product labels, etc.), unused and saleable. If the product has been used, the customer is responsible for the depreciation of the product. If you cancel the transaction and do not notify us in the manner instructed or in any other way before returning the products, the transaction made is binding and the payment you have made for it remains valid.
Instructions for product returns or exchanges
We recommend that you return the product(s) on your own account, so that we do not charge handling fees and we can get your return to you more quickly and get your money back faster.

If you use Posti's customer refund service, here are the instructions:
1. Carefully pack the unused product in its original plastic/packaging in its original condition
2. Include a letter/envelope with the shipment stating your name, order number and what you wish to do with the order
3. Write the following text on the return shipment:
