Dressing:
- Always apply the product by "rolling" (not pulling) and carefully place it in place.
- ALWAYS wear the compression product against the skin, i.e. do not leave a bib or similar underneath a compressive product.
- The product should also be removed by rolling.
Compression stockings
Dressing:
- Carefully dress and undress the ankle supports by "rolling" them into place and carefully position the heel cup.
- Wear compression socks as the bottom layer against your skin if you wear a normal sock with the support.
- If you use ankle supports in combination with compression socks, the ankle support is worn over the compression sock.
- The supports can be worn during performance, e.g. in a training shoe together with a sock. Can also be used as such without the sock for injury treatment.

Dressing:
- Always put on and take off the knee supports by "rolling", NOT by pulling on the upper front.
- NOTE! The supports should be worn with 2/3 of the support above the knee and 1/3 below the knee. In addition, the supports should be placed directly against the bare skin and the upper part of the support should be pulled away by placing the support properly.

- To be used during performance, can be started e.g. 15-30 min. before performance

- Always apply the product by "rolling" (not pulling) and carefully place it in place. ALWAYS put the compression product against the skin, i.e. do not leave e.g. a bib or similar underneath a compressive product. The product should also be taken off by rolling.

- It usually takes 1-3 training sessions to get used to the compression pressure, so do not start using a compression product e.g. at a competition event

Dressing:
- Always dress and undress by "rolling" the sleeves instead of pulling.
- Dress the sleeves up high enough so that the top of the sleeves comes close to the armpit.
- ALWAYS wear the compression product against the skin, i.e. do not leave the sleeve of a shirt, etc. under the product.
- The reinforced honeycomb belt of the sleeves comes on the outside of the elbow.
