Tritanium CE-marked eXtend High compression pads are designed for preventive treatment, as well as for the treatment of severe symptoms. Class 2 eXtend compression cuffs provide scientifically measured gradual compression pressure (20-30mmHg), which allows the use of the cuffs to treat conditions such as swelling, varicose veins and venous insufficiency. In addition, the use of ankles can be useful for rehabilitation after surgery or injury, for example. The cuffs are suitable for both men and women and are easy to wear.
Tritanium eXtend compression cuffs are manufactured using the latest state-of-the-art technology and their physiological effect is based on low gradual compression pressure, which distributes the pressure correctly in relation to the shape of the limb. The compression pressure is used to increase the external mechanical pressure of the tissues in a controlled way and to support the vascular structure, which improves venous circulation and metabolism, among other things. Compression pressure also has a stimulating effect on the neuromuscular junctions, which can reduce pain, for example. Dressing:
- Always dress and undress the sleeves by "rolling", NOT by pulling the top front.
- The sleeves should be tucked up high enough so that the top of the sleeve is close to the groin.
- The sleeves should be worn directly against bare skin and it is a good idea to take the extra "pull" out of the top of the sleeves by tucking them in properly.
Recommendation for use:
- The sleeves can be worn at any time of the day or night
- Consult your doctor or physiotherapist for time of use
Measurement guide:
Take the circumference of the mid-thigh and the thickest part of the calf while standing, the more important criterion for choosing the size is the circumference of the thigh. Choose the right size based on the measurements in the table.
